Acceptance of Terms
By using 33 db's website, mobile app, or any digital service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 33 db and the user. All users must be legally competent adults aged 18 or over under applicable Bangladeshi law. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
33 db reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For your convenience, the date of the most recent update will always be shown on this page.
Account Registration & Security
To create an account with 33 db, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited, and 33 db reserves the right to terminate any such account at any time. Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts under the same identity is prohibited and may result in account termination. 33 db may request identity documents, a mobile number, or other verification materials during account verification — failure to provide these may result in the account being restricted or closed.
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with any third party, and avoid using passwords that are easy to guess. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, contact 33 db customer support immediately. 33 db will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account, unless the issue was caused by our own fault.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users are expected to act honestly, lawfully, and responsibly while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or use malicious software against any system on the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Operating multiple accounts to abuse bonus or promotional offers.
- Harassing, intimidating, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
- Using automated bots or scripts to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
- Operating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
33 db may temporarily suspend an account while investigating suspected suspicious activity. It is each user's responsibility to comply with the laws applicable in their country and to remain honest and transparent at all times. If a user experiences or becomes aware of any of the prohibited activities listed above, they should notify our support team immediately.
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy
33 db supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), and any applicable conversion rates or charges will be clearly displayed at the time of the transaction. A minimum deposit amount applies and is always kept up to date on the platform. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours, though verification or security reviews may cause delays.
All bonus and promotional offers come with their own specific terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before use. Withdrawals may be restricted if wagering requirements have not been met. 33 db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Changes to Terms, Account Policy & Governing Law

33 db may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: violation of Terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, evidence of underage use, prolonged inactivity, or legal obligations. Where possible, users will be given a reasonable opportunity to settle their balance before an account is closed; however, if there has been a serious breach of Terms, 33 db reserves the right to forfeit the balance. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact customer support, where they will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be referred to 33 db's internal resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached through that process, the matter will be brought before the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
